We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant SEO Specialist to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to impactful SEO strategies, primarily focusing on content creation and optimization. You will work closely with our Senior SEO Specialist to improve our clients' online visibility and create strategies for building other ranking opportunities. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, a passion for online marketing, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
🛠️ What We’re Counting on You For:
• Content Optimization: Assist in the optimization of website content for relevant keywords and SEO best practices.
• Keyword Research: Support keyword research efforts to identify valuable search terms for content creation and optimization.
• Content Creation Support: Collaborate with content writers and the SEO team to develop SEO-friendly content briefs and provide input on content strategy.
• On-Page Optimization: Implement on-page SEO elements for all SEO client websites.
• Technical SEO Assistance: Assist with basic technical SEO tasks, such as site audits, identifying crawl errors, and improving site speed.
• Client Meeting Preparation: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and agendas for client meetings, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
• Process Adherence: Maintain a thorough understanding of our internal processes and documentation to ensure consistent and effective communication with clients.
• Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking and analyzing website performance using various SEO tools to identify areas for improvement.
• Competitive Analysis: Support the team in analyzing competitor websites and identifying opportunities for our clients.
• Staying Up-to-Date: Continuously learn and stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative tasks related to client projects and team organization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including content creators, developers, and account managers, to achieve client objectives.
✅ What Makes You the Right Fit?
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of technical experience.
• Strong typing skills with speed and accuracy.
• Intermediate understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detailed organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• An active interest in all facets of digital marketing.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
