In this role, you will be a key player in the restaurant ensuring smooth service! You will be responsible for operating an automatic dishwashing machine that cleans and washes plates, cups, saucers, silverware, glasses, and other dishes while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen area. Assists with all assignments during events pertaining to the department such as the set-up and breakdown of tables, chairs, platforms, displays, dismantling of dance floors, cleaning, inventory, and storage for all banquet activities assigned.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic. Prior kitchen and country club or resort experience is a plus.

_ JOB DETAILS Responsibilities:
• Load, run, and unload dish machine to clean all silverware, tableware, and cookware. Clean certain kitchen utensils and kitchen equipment by hand.
• Maintain dish machine and area cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies daily (ex. Bleach, Silver Kleen, Omni Clean and Spot Rinse).
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, dry storeroom, and refuse containers.
• Provide further cleaning to maintain appearance as needed (ex. cutting boards and coffee cups may require bleaching).
• Bag and haul waste to appropriate compactors.
• Clean lime out of machines.
• Sweep and mop walk-in every night.
• Return glass racks to the server station.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
• Required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Required to stand for long periods of time.
