Job Description SummaryAs a Senior Treasury Analyst working for Taylor Morrison you will be responsible for the centralized cash management function, letters of credit, research and analysis, debt covenant compliance, and other projects as needed.Job DetailsWe trust that as a Senior Treasury Analyst you will: (responsibilities) Perform / manage duties related to centralized cash management function including: daily cash management, bank account administration, cash forecasting, short-term debt, and short-term investmentsBuild and maintain financial models related to forecasting future cash use, funding needs and debt compliance.Serve as key contact for field-related treasury questionsPerform and maintain covenant compliance tests and certificatesAssist Manager of Treasury and Investor Relations in managing banking and other treasury related relationshipsAssist with issuance of corporate debt, as neededAssist with the preparation and execution of outgoing company wire transfersMonitor daily positive pay and ACH fraud filter exceptionsPrepare and execute requests for letters of credit with approved banks. Also responsible for amendments and closing of these instrumentsAssist with the tracking of debt instruments across the CompanyReview monthly bank charges to determine accuracy and reasonablenessAssist manager with investor relations research and analysisManage projects from inception to completion including working with internal and external business partnersYou are willing to perform other duties as assignedWhat you will need: (competencies, behaviors & attributes) AccountabilityIndependentIntegrity/TrustPriority SettingResponsivenessTime ManagementAbout you: BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance or related fieldMinimum three to five years relevant experienceStrong knowledge of general treasury operations (i.e., daily cash positioning and forecasting, opening/closing bank accounts, wire/check/ACH payments, etc.)Experience with automated treasury solutions (i.e., payment & bank reconciliation files, invoice automation, host-to-host connectivity, etc.)Experience in independently managing key projectsGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with senior personnelExperience with accounting systems and other banking and business softwareCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferredExcellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office productsFLSA Status: ExemptWill have responsibilities such as:Office or non-manual work, which is directly related to management or general business operationsAct as a primary component of which involves the exercise of independent judgment and discretion about matters of significanceEssential Functions:Successful job applicants will be able to perform these functions.
