Summary We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Otto Izakaya (Downtown). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests while ensuring their dining experience is memorable. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our reputation for excellence in the restaurant industry. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the OpenTable system. Provide detailed information about menu items and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure proper handling of all food items. Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
