Are you the kind of person who thrives in fast-paced environments, rallies people like a pro, and loves the buzz of live events? We’re looking for a Photography Team Leader to run the show at youth sports tournaments across the country.
This isn’t a behind-the-scenes desk job. You’ll be front and center— leading a high-energy crew, solving problems on the fly, driving serious sales , and making memories for families through our top-tier photography products.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
You’re the event quarterback , making sure everything runs like clockwork. You'll:
• 🧠 Lead & motivate a squad of 2–6 energetic Crew Members
• 🏆 Own the event—from setup to teardown, sales goals to customer happiness
• 💬 Engage with families & athletes—upsell, close sales, and deliver amazing experiences
• ⚙️ Oversee photo, print, & fulfillment ops—smooth, speedy, and top-quality
• 🧭 Solve problems in real time—you’re the calm in the chaos

• You've led teams and kept them focused, productive, and positive
• You know sales—and love crushing goals (and earning from them)
• You’re a natural communicator—clear, confident, and customer-first
• You stay cool under pressure and love fast-paced, “figure it out” environments
• You’re weekend-ready (Friday–Sunday availability is a must)
• You have a valid driver’s license and are stoked to travel
