Job Title: Family Medicine Core Faculty – Residency Program
Location: West Reading, PA
Position Type: Full-Time
Base Salary: $215,000 + Full Benefits + Bonus Eligibility + Relocation Assistance + Benefit's and other perks
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Supervise and teach Family Medicine residents and medical students
Serve as attending on the inpatient Family Medicine service approximately 1 in every 8 weeks
Precept residents during clinic sessions and monthly nursing home visits
Participate in curriculum development, scholarly activities, and quality improvement initiatives
Maintain reasonable call schedule to support work-life balance

Qualifications:
MD or DO degree
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Graduate of an accredited Family Medicine residency
Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
Must be willing to do inpatient work on a rotating basis (1 in 8 weeks)
