Maintenance Technician
Must Haves:
• High School Degree
• 1 year of maintenance experience within the manufacturing, production, fabrication, or assembling space
• Mechanical or Electrical knowledge
• Can use proximity switches, limit switches, and reed switches
• Has worked with air cylinders and know how they operate
• Need to understand conveyors and have experience replacing chains, belts and can adjust tension
• Troubleshooting skills
Plusses:
• Fanuc robot experience
Job Description:
• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and fabrication of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Maintain and replace electrical components such as motors, switches, circuit breakers, transformers, and control devices.
• Install, run, and troubleshoot wiring and conduit systems, including ladder logic and electrical panels.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and manage inventory of frequently used parts to ensure efficient operations.
