FoamCraft Packaging Inc. is a small family-owned company based in Owatonna, MN, specializing in quality affordable custom foam and wood packaging. They manufacture ISPM15 certified wood packaging, including crates and pallets, and fabricate custom foam inserts, end caps, foam pads, convoluted foam, and returnable packaging solutions.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at FoamCraft Packaging Inc. The Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting sales calls, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and providing packaging solutions to clients.
Qualifications
• Sales experience and strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of packaging industry and products
• Experience in B2B sales is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
