Legacy Search Advisors has partnered with a national real estate development firm that is currently in search of a Project Accountant. This is an incredible opportunity to join a small local close knit team that is accomplishing big things !!
This is a new position that will support a massive cutting edge local development project. This position will be responsible for the day to day accounting of the project, as well as the consolidations, and financial reporting.
They ideal candidate will have :
• BS in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of real estate development experience / Project Accounting
• Job Costing
• Percentage of Completion
• Yardi / Sage experience
