Product Logistics Analyst
Job Summary
Consumer Cellular is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Logistics Analyst to join our exceptional team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipment records in reflecting the receipt of products shipped to us, resolving and reporting discrepancies, and working closely with internal and external partners to notify them of discrepancies for next actions as needed. This position requires excellent analytical skills, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in working with spreadsheets. It also requires effective communication and collaboration across Product forecasting/demand planning, supply chain, finance and other key internal teams and external partners in confirming discrepancies, tracking issues, and remedy actions.
Key Responsibilities
• Reconcile incoming and outgoing shipment records to invoices (30%), purchase orders, and delivery documentation to ensure accuracy. Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for shipment reconciliation and development and implementation of best-practice logistics processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, discrepancies, and resolutions. Maintain accurate records of reconciliations, adjustments, and communications for audit and reporting purposes. Monitor shipment timelines and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in shipment (20%) including damaged goods, missing items, and incorrect quantities. Utilize spreadsheets and other analytical tools to track, analyze, and report on logistics data.
• Product Setup (25%), work with product managers to input new products in NetSuite and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors (15%), such as supply chain, finance, Dev Support, Accounts Payable, Retail, and operations, to verify shipment details and ensure timely resolutions of system or data errors. Provide weekly CC Store inventory transfer reports. Communicate across vendors and other external stakeholders to address issues related to shipments.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends (10%), optimize processes, and reduce errors or inefficiencies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipment reconciliation, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with spreadsheets. Proficiency in using logistics management software and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders. Ability to be a team player and collaborate for optimum results.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and freight documentation is a plus.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
• Familiarity with international shipping and customs processes.
• Previous experience in a similar role at an OEM, carrier or similar product / supply chain environment
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management or similar experience is an advantage.

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)
• Minimum Salary: $68,250
• Maximum Salary: $88,725
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
