Job Summary
This leader has operational accountability and oversight and manages the daily activities of the Revenue Integrity Department. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
• Require a bachelor's degree in related field (nursing preferred).
• Require a minimum of three (3) years of general revenue cycle experience in some of the following areas: reimbursement, charging, coding, denials management, case management, coverage determinations, auditing, and/or billing/accounts receivable, with at least two (2) years within a supervisory role.

• Prefer demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Prefer demonstrated leadership skills and understanding of group processes, teamwork, and cost center-based management.
• Prefer demonstrated ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise.
• Prefer demonstrated ability in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Prefer demonstrated knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare OPPS reimbursement, third party billing rules, and coverage determinations.
• Prefer knowledge of computer systems and ability to develop and generate reports.
