Starting salary: $44,902.00 annually. Will plan, direct, and coordinate the operation of the Safe off the Streets (SOS) phase of recovery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients during the primary intake stage of the program. Will provide oversight for all medical issues relating to clients, coordinate all medical services, and share on-call responsibilities. Will directly supervise SOS Monitors, and report required data relating to the SOS phase of the program. An associate degree and minimum of one year of supervisory experience is required. A bachelor's degree in human services or a related field is preferred. Knowledge and application of the 12-step philosophy of recovery, and completion of the twenty-eight written lessons of Recovery Dynamics or completion of Recovery Dynamics training is required. If in recovery, a minimum of three years of continuous sobriety, and working an active recovery program is required.
