**Job Summary:** The Experienced Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring consistency, flavor, and presentation meet our standards. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety and cleanliness. **Key Responsibilities:** Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and equipment. Ensure timely and efficient execution of dishes during service. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with inventory checks, food storage, and proper rotation of ingredients. Collaborate with kitchen team to maintain smooth operations and high service standards. Adapt to special requests, dietary restrictions, or menu changes as needed. Contribute ideas for menu development or specials (optional). **Qualifications:** Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment. Familiarity with various cuisines (e.g., specific cuisines relevant to restaurant, like Italian, American, or Asian). Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices. Team player with strong communication skills. Culinary school diploma or equivalent training preferred but not required. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. **Physical Requirements:** Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 pounds.
