New Business Development and Strategic Accounts Manager
All American Foods, Inc., is an innovative employee-owned dry food ingredient manufacturer with over 38 years in the industry. Due to recent growth and expansion, we are looking to add a New Business Development and Strategic Accounts Manager in our Mankato, MN facility. AAFI is looking for a highly motivated person to be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, securing, and managing new business opportunities. The qualified person will develop and execute strategies to expand our reach, build client relationships, and ultimately contribute to the company's overall success. This is a full-time, day position, Monday-Friday, with wages based on experience. Required skillset and experience:
• Sales Success: Guide team to annual sales growth targets determined by the executive leadership group.
• Market Research : Analyze market trends and identify potential areas for market expansion
• Industry Relationships: Proven ability to foster and cultivate strong connections with key clients in the Blue Chip and large food company category.
• Strategic Growth: Develop strategies for acquiring new customers and increasing revenue in AAFI’s value added categories: Cheese Powders, Egg Replacement Powders, High Fat Powders, Dried Cultured Ingredients and Dried Flavoring Ingredients.
• Proven Sales Expertise: Ability to personally close new business and manage strategic partnerships that generate significant business opportunities. Work alongside sales reps to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to closing the deal, as well as keeping the prospect lead pool filled.
• Leadership: Mentor and teach the sales and marketing personnel in getting the sale to the finish line.
• Budget: Planning and oversight of the business development budget ensuring departmental funds are utilized in the most effective way possible to accomplish company goals.
