MileOne Autogroup offers several exclusive benefits and programs designed to help our employees and their families succeed both at home and in the workplace – we’ve even given $2 million in scholarships to family members of MileOne employees. Finance Manager Responsibilities:- Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process for compliance and disclosure with all vehicle deliveries- Generate additional income through sales of additional protection for vehicles, including service contracts and maintenance plans- Benchmark each dealership's production goals with the cooperation of the General Manager to measure growth and achievement of the dealership's F&I goals- Maintain a good working relationship with several finance sources, including lenders and manufacturers, to ensure the best relationships with internal and external customers Finance Manager Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager required- Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, eLeads experience preferred- Ability to deliver all retail deliveries and complete necessary paperwork- Ability to lead sales staff, including management, to improve profitability and meet or exceed established goals- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills- Associate's degree or bachelor's degree, preferredMileOne Auto group is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a drug-free work environment.By applying for this job, you agree to receive email communication, as well as telephone and/or SMS text communications using an autodialer or otherwise, at the number you have provided.
