Seeking a Product Design Engineer to lead the development of tractor implements, skid steer/excavator attachments, and OEM products from concept through production.
Job Requirements:
•
Bachelor�s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
•
Three or more years of relevant design experience
•
Proficiency with PRO-E, SolidWorks, FEA software, and Microsoft Office tools
•
Understanding of manufacturing methods and design for manufacturability
•
Ability to manage complete design projects independently
Preferred Skills:
•
Knowledge of farming practices and agricultural equipment
•
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in team environments
•
Experience evaluating field testing and recommending design modifications
Job Responsibilities:
•
Design innovative agricultural implements and attachments
•
Manage all aspects of design projects including concept development, prototyping, testing, and manufacturability
•
Provide manufacturing support to ensure proper fabrication, welding, and assembly
•
Present design concepts and project updates to management
•
Utilize analysis software and field testing data to optimize designs
•
Create detailed drawings, bills of materials, and test plans
•
Recommend improvements to production methods and equipment performance
Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
