Basic Requirements
• Battle-tested recruiter or admissions warrior with 1+ years of proven victory in high-stakes candidate engagement
• A history of crushing goals that makes others say "wow"
• A portfolio of recruitment events that people still talk about
• Project management skills that could organize chaos into harmony
• Tech-savvy enough to make ATS/CRM systems sing
• Ready to call Austin, TX your home base
• Prepared for your calendar to be 75% travel during peak seasons (January-May, Aug-Nov)

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
