What We’re Looking for in an Assistant General Manager: A servant’s heart — our guests are always our #1 priority. Supports the General Manager and team in increasing sales and net profits while achieving our mission. Prepares accurate weekly operations reports based on daily summaries. Oversees the completion and follow-up of weekly schedules and daily deployment plans based on budget forecasts to meet labor goals. Maintains controllable costs in line with system averages. Ensures food temperature documentation and product rotation per the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist and Product Rotation Report. Guarantees product quality and portion control that meet system standards. Develops leadership skills within the management team. Coaches and mentors team members; documents performance as needed. Conducts annual performance reviews for management and oversees bi-annual appraisals for team members. Enforces company policies consistently across the team.
