We're looking for a driven and experienced Assistant General Manager with at least 5–6 years experience in a General Manager or Assistant General Manager role , specifically within a high-volume quick service environment —brands like Raising Cane’s, Chick-fil-A, or similar . What We’re Looking for in an Assistant General Manager: A servant’s heart — our guests are always our #1 priority. Supports the General Manager and team in increasing sales and net profits while achieving our mission. Prepares accurate weekly operations reports based on daily summaries. Oversees the completion and follow-up of weekly schedules and daily deployment plans based on budget forecasts to meet labor goals. Maintains controllable costs in line with system averages. Ensures food temperature documentation and product rotation per the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist and Product Rotation Report. Guarantees product quality and portion control that meet system standards. Develops leadership skills within the management team. Coaches and mentors team members; documents performance as needed. Conducts annual performance reviews for management and oversees bi-annual appraisals for team members. Enforces company policies consistently across the team. Experience Required: Minimum of 5 consecutive years as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager. Minimum of 8+ consecutive years in QSR, Fast Casual, or Casual Dining management. Most recent position held for 2+ consecutive years in a high-volume QSR, Fast Casual, or Casual Dining brand ($3.5MM+). Experience managing a team of 40+ members. Strong business acumen Ability to read and explain P&Ls Labor management Invoice reconciliation Strong food cost and inventory control Inventory accuracy Confident decision-making Self-motivated with a fast learning curve No more than two employers in the past five years. Compensation: Salary is commensurate with qualifications and reflects current market rates for similar roles.
