Restaurant Team Member - Kitchen Prep Duties and Responsibilities: Complete opening and closing checklist Refer to the daily prep list at the start of each shift for assigned duties. Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry and other food items for cooking in grills,fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment. Understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures. Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specification. Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, walls grills, dishes and refrigeration equipment. Promptly reports equipment and food quality problems to manager. Inform manager immediately of product shortages. Uses our standard recipe for preparing all products. Performs other related duties assigned by the manager.
