Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team. You would be responsible for leading the hotel operation to meet and exceed the standards set forth by the ownership. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to excellence in guest service. Duties Assist in managing daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of customer service. Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high morale. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to enhance guest satisfaction. Reconcile monthly Choice Hotel International invoice. Reconcile daily shift drops and make bank deposits. Process bi-weekly payroll Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Resolve any guest related service issues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Monitor and develop team member performance. Approve department schedule to stay within budgeted guidelines. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and enhancing guest experiences.
