Dysart High School (Dysart Unified School District) is looking for qualified High School Special Education teachers for the 2025-2026 school year. Incentives for this position (based on the 2023-2024 Board approved salary schedule): Dysart will recognize ALL years of experience at $800/year . (For example, if you have 10 years of experience, you will get $8000 added to the base salary). An additional $6600 added to the base salary as a 301 base starting year 1. An additional $3000 stipend for the first year . An additional yearly retention stipend of $3000 when teachers return. An additional yearly $6400 performance bonus starting semester 1 of 2nd year. An additional yearly $250 instructional improvement fund added to the base starting year 1.
