What You’ll Do As a Shift Leader
As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team and take ownership of operations during your shifts. Your responsibilities will include:
• Greeting, seating, and serving guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Leading and training team members to excel in their roles.
• Overseeing food quality and safety standards.
• Managing cash, credit transactions, and guest checks accurately.
• Supporting a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• A dependable and trustworthy individual ready to lead by example.
• Basic understanding of customer service and sanitation practices (training provided).
