Job Description:
• As a TA Advisor, you will help support recruiting efforts for our manufacturing site in Mesa, AZ.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong emphasis on developing partnerships with local schools and universities.
• This role is crucial for building and maintaining relationships that will help pipeline talent through effective university relations.
• You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to gather and document the specific requirements for job openings and initiate the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local schools and universities.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and career fairs to support the hiring needs of the business.
• Support hiring needs, primarily for Support and Professional level positions.
• Identify and utilize the most effective recruiting sources to advertise and post job openings.
• Enhance the company's image and reputation among candidates and external service providers throughout promoting company.
• Actively seek out potential candidates and build networks and processes to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Review resumes and assess talent based on client’s hiring framework.
• Maintain thorough documentation of the candidate evaluation and interview process to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Advise hiring managers in creating competitive compensation packages and offers for new hires.

• Corporate recruiting experience hiring for technical and manufacturing roles.
• Bring initiative and thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, demonstrating your ability to adapt and excel under pressure.
• Having strong sourcing abilities within ATS, LinkedIn, Twitter, social media networks, job boards, and other platforms, effectively identifying both passive and active candidates.
• Previous experience with Workday as recruitment system is highly preferred.
• Experience in medical devices, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred but not required.
