Formulation Utility Operator
Job Description:
This position is responsible for manually and mechanically cleaning equipment in the Formulation area while adhering to safety and quality standards
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Scrape, chisel and brush all contact surfaces on Formulation equipment to remove material
• Sweep, vacuum and remove all powder material from equipment, floors, pipes, etc.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the mechanical operation of the Soft Line
• Ability to be trained on equipment operation within the Formulation area of the Soft Line (Formulation Operator)
• Ability to operate Formulation equipment
• Perform Lockout Tagout
• Handle chemicals
• Keep work area clean and orderly
• Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Utility Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Wear a respirator full duration of shift
• Additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills:
• Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation
• Ability to become certified in Lockout Tagout
• Ability to become certified in Chemical Handling
• Basic computer skills
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Experience: N/A
Systems: Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements:
• Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings
• Lift up to 60 lbs.
• Push/pull 100 lbs.
• Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
• Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
• Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
• Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
• Bend over multiple times throughout shift
Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:
• Steel toed boots
• Hearing Protection
• Safety glasses
• Cut-proof gloves
• Respirator
• Latex gloves
• Face shield
• High visibility vest
Cambria’s starting salary range for this position is $17.15 - $19.75. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This position may be eligible for a 15% shift differential which would be applied to the base hourly rate for all hours worked during designated overnight shift periods. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training
