Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of facility systems and equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in leading continuous improvement projects and executing preventive maintenance tasks, including daily inspections and repair work orders.
Responsibilities • Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document the PMs.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment.
• Engage in daily inspections and execute repair work orders.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team for general maintenance tasks.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.
• Work with industrial electronics, including PLCs like Allen Bradley, SLC 500, and RS Logix.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively and work with minimal supervision.
Essential Skills • Electrical and mechanical with electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical skills.
• Strong understanding of industrial electronics within a manufacturing facility.
• Experience with VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) 3-phase up to 480V.
• Journeyman level experience (license not necessary).
• Familiarity with electrical codes and instrumentation.
• 3-5 years of experience with industrial electronics.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in process controls, PLCs, and motor control systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications • Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Commitment to safety.
• Comfort with working at heights.
• Knowledge of test equipment for relays and circuit breakers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to read and understand repair manuals, specifications, drawings, and schematic diagrams.
• Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

Work Environment Work in normal manufacturing conditions where you will be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and risk of electrical shock. Occasionally, you may work in high, precarious places. The noise level is moderate.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.98/hr.
