• Juris Doctor (J.D.), Doctor of the Science of Law (J.S.D.), Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.), LL.M. (Master of Laws), or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from an accredited law school
Position Summary
The University of Georgia School of Law invites applications for non-tenure track Legal Writing positions.
The positions will be at the rank of Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, or Principal Lecturer to begin in August 2025. Applicants must be committed to providing first-rate legal instruction and engaging in meaningful service. The course package will consist of instructing first-year legal writing and two additional legal writing courses based on the needs of the Law School.

• Two years experience in the legal profession

• One semester or more of legal writing instruction.
• One year or more of judicial clerkship experience.
