Grill Marks is looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our team! We’re known for our award-winning burgers, decadent shakes, and full bar in a fun, energetic environment. Position Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations. This includes leading and developing the team, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction, achieving financial goals, and upholding Grill Marks' standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example and create a positive, motivating environment for the team.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences through service, food quality, and hospitality.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage labor, food, beverage, and supply costs to achieve financial goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health regulations.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to drive sales and support marketing initiatives.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building and development.
• Experience managing budgets, labor, food costs, and profitability.
• High standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, including entire shifts.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.
