Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Captain, located in Greenville, SC. The Banquet Captain will oversee and coordinate banquet service activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Daily tasks include supervising banquet staff, setting up banquet facilities, managing service timelines, handling guest requests, and ensuring high-quality food and beverage service. The Banquet Captain will also maintain communication with the kitchen and service staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Supervisory Skills and experience in managing a team
• Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality management is beneficial
