Job Description SummaryAs an Online Listing Coordinator at Taylor Morrison, your role includes coordinating all activities related to website and MLS listings in your region. Your primary responsibility is to enhance our online presence and ensure that our divisions receive efficient and effective support. Your contributions are crucial in delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining our reputation as a reliable and customer-focused organization. Your work will ensure a seamless transition from virtual resources to in-person appointments with our Online Sales Managers and Community Sales Managers.Job DetailsWe trust that as an Online Listing Coordinator you will: (responsibilities)Coordinate and maintain all MLS and Website listing efforts for the assigned area, including, but not limited to:List all Quick Move-In homes on MLS and website in order of priority as assignedTerminate and relist Quick Move-In homes as necessary due to increased DOMList Quick Move-In on the MLS for comp purposesCreate meaningful home descriptions incorporating their unique selling featuresUpload professional photography and virtual tours to listingsPrice and status updates o Update listing statuses daily utilizing PowerBIComplete division updates and changes as submitted o Communicate regularly with the sales team to ensure the accuracy of listingsAudit listings on a consistent basis for accuracySchedule open houses o Upload floor plans and required documents when deemed appropriateEnsure HOA dues and tax information is accurateUnderstand and adhere to all MLS Rules and RegulationsAchieve department productivity goals on a daily, weekly, monthly basisReport productivity performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisAttend and participate weekly in division-specific, corporate, and team huddlesProvide reverse prospecting according to the Online Sales SOPParticipate in new hire training as neededAssist with other projects as neededWhat you will need: (competencies, behaviors & attributes)Detail-OrientedDependable/ConsistentEthics & IntegrityOpen MindedPersistenceResilientSense of UrgencyAbout you:2-5 years of real estate or administrative experience (both New Home Sales Experience and general Real Estate Experience Preferred But Not Required)Necessary licensing per state • You are strong in communication skills, both oral and writtenYou are very organized and good at documentationYou are customer service oriented and believe the customer, both internal and external, is the number one priorityYou understand the need to be flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlinesYou are proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as have savvy computer skillsFLSA Status: Non-ExemptWill have responsibilities such as:This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.Essential Functions:Successful job applicants will be able to perform these functions.
