Duties/Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, produce, and deliver personalized photo and video content for Georgia student-athletes to use across their individual platforms.
• Work directly with student-athletes to capture content for NIL opportunities, social media growth, and personal brand enhancement.
• Collaborate with creative video, photography, and social media staff to develop athlete-first content strategies.
Percentage of time 70 Duties/Responsibilities
• Stay current with NCAA NIL guidelines and assist in ensuring content aligns with UGAAA brand standards and compliance regulations.
• Assist in organizing and managing digital assets for efficient delivery to student-athletes.
• Monitor trends in NIL branding, influencer marketing, and athlete storytelling to inform content strategy.

The University of Georgia Athletic Association is seeking a forward-thinking and creative individual for a full-time post-graduate internship focused on Name, Image & Likeness (NIL) content creation . This position is part of the Creative Services team and is responsible for developing and delivering personalized content that empowers Georgia student-athletes to grow and maximize their personal brands.
The ideal candidate is a content creator with strong visual storytelling instincts, a passion for athlete branding, and a deep understanding of social and digital media trends.
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification In Position
• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of applicable experience in content creation, athlete branding, media production, or related fields.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Competencies
• Strong skills in photo and/or video production, including editing, lighting, and camera operation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with student-athletes.
• Understanding of social media platforms, influencer culture, and how athletes can grow personal brands.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
