Position Overview: The Compliance Inspector plays a vital role in helping the company uphold its contractual responsibilities to the communities we manage. By conducting routine property inspections and ensuring adherence to community standards, this position supports our commitment to maintaining well-managed and attractive neighborhoods. The ideal candidate is highly observant, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong communication skills and the ability to enforce community standards with consistency. This role requires frequent driving throughout assigned neighborhoods and collaboration with Community Managers to support the overall quality of each community. Key Responsibilities: Property Inspections: Conduct regular driving and walking inspections for an assigned portfolio of communities. Document Violations: Identify, document, and photograph violations using Smartwebs software. Submit Inspection Files: Submit inspection files to initiate homeowner violation letters. Community Manager Communication: Communicate with Community Managers about any maintenance or compliance concerns in common areas. CC&R Education: Develop a thorough understanding of each community's CC&Rs, Rules and Regulations, and Design Guidelines. Attend Meetings: Attend regular staff meetings and company events.
