Pre-Requisites (Requirements): FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY & MONDAY - REQUIRED Must have transportation Job Description You will be an integral part of the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding the guest expectations for cleanliness and guest services. This position is empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction. Major Responsibilities: Display hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times. Take pride in representing Hilton Hotels professionally with our guests Assure that all interactions with guests are handled in a professional, legal, and ethical manner. The Successful Candidate will: Comply with Company Standards of Service as outlined for Hilton & Paragon Hotels. Project a favorable image of Hilton & Paragon Hotels to the public at all times. Treat guests, vendors, guests and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times. Maintains a clean and neat appearance at all times. A complete uniform (or business dress for non-uniformed associates) must be worn at all times in public areas, including name tag. Develop and maintain productive interpersonal relationships and the ability to relate well with a wide variety of individuals, many of whom will require patience and tolerance. Knows and follows established cleaning procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for guest rooms. Assist colleagues when own work assignments have been completed when necessary. Properly using all approved cleaning fluids and supplies. Properly place guest amenities, e.g., toilet paper, tissues, guest service directories and turndown amenities. Perform and complete any special projects or reasonable requests assigned by the Assistant General Manager/Executive Housekeeper/General Manager Know and actively practices the hotels' emergency procedures and loss prevention guidelines. Sort, count, fold, mark, and carry linens accordingly Make beds with clean sheets in excellent condition and dusts furniture. Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, plates etc. Move furniture, hangs drapes, and rolls carpets. Sweep and scrubs bathroom floor. Replace light bulbs when necessary. Perform all duties in a safe manner. Clean lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways, when requested Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Wash walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills. Stock and replenishes linen rooms if necessary. Sweep patios/balconies and ensures cobwebs are removed. Complete any and all Departmental, Paragon Hotels and Hilton Brand standards training as assigned. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
