Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our manufacturing products through development, coordinating, managing and executing strategic marketing policies, programs, and campaigns. The Marketing Manager will also supervise and provide leadership to the marketing team to ensure the successful execution of these initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Craft and execute comprehensive marketing policies and programs aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
• Analyze and research market trends, customer behavior, and competitors' strategies to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Design, manage, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Oversee financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing marketing expenditures.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required, plus a minimum of five years Marketing Management or other related experience generally required.
• Experience in developing and implementing Lead Generating Inbound Marketing programs with B2B target audience experience with proven track record of directing internal or external resources in developing effective creative communication content (5-7 years).
• Ability to operate computer and computer software, to include HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally on an as needed basis up to 40%.
