The Solutions Advisor takes Extreme Ownership in fulfilling this mission by providing expert guidance and outstanding service to homeowners in need of exterior remodeling and restoration solutions. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
• Develop relationships with homeowners and commercial construction partners to create a strong referral network.
• Represent Boelter’s mission to be better every day by providing expert guidance and support to clients.
• Follow up on all leads immediately, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
Sales Process & Closing Deals
• Conduct in-home consultations, showcasing Boelter’s superior craftsmanship, high-quality products, and commitment to service.
• Use company-provided tools to accurately inspect, scope, and document projects.
• Provide transparent, competitive estimates within 24-48 hours of the consultation.
• Ensure all transactions and documentation align with Boelter’s high ethical standards.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
• Build Relationship on Trust by prioritizing customer needs, ensuring excellent experience from first contact to project completion.
• Address customer concerns with integrity and professionalism.
• Educate homeowners on the best quality materials, warranties, and financing options available.
Professional Development & Industry Knowledge
• A Passionate Curiosity for industry trends, product innovations, and competitive market changes.
• Participate in regular training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance sales expertise.
Required Skills & Abilities
• A passion for helping homeowners make informed decisions about their home improvement projects.
• Self-motivated with strong goal-setting and achievement drive.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills to engage customers effectively.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations.
• Ability to work independently while accountable to a team-oriented culture.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Education & Experience
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, home improvement, construction, or a similar field is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with roofing, siding, and window sales is a plus.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit, drive, and work on a computer for extended periods.
• Comfortable conducting home inspections in outdoor environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally stay overnight for storm evaluations or sales opportunities.
