• Coordinate logistics for member-facing programs such as webinars, committee meetings, and outreach campaigns.
• Maintain accurate engagement records in CRM systems, and track outcomes that support membership satisfaction and renewal.
• Identify new ways to enhance the member experience and make recommendations for improving the value of membership.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, education, events) to ensure that member opportunities align with organizational priorities.
• Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth execution of engagement initiatives.
• Travel up to two times per quarter for in-person member engagement and association events.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional experience in account management, B2B/inside sales, or member/client engagement roles.
• Self-starter with strong initiative, able to manage relationships, solve problems, and move work forward with minimal oversight.
• Ability to connect day-to-day responsibilities to the broader mission of the organization and act with purpose and autonomy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building trust.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and webinar platforms preferred.
• Willingness to assist with administrative tasks in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Based in or near Greenville, SC; flexible or hybrid arrangements available for well-qualified candidates.
