Testing Results Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY: As the Testing Results Coordinator, you will be responsible for the final step of the testing process—generating and distributing results. You will navigate testing software and create, download, and post reports to be accessed by customers. As well, you will evaluate damage to test materials and communicate with customers about these damages. Other daily office tasks include customer service, data entry, processing incoming testing materials, results interpretation, and preparing test booklets for reuse.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
• Provide telephone and electronic customer support
• Review damaged materials returned by customers to determine liability; assign appropriate charges and communicate with involved parties
• Coordinate billing for outstanding payments, outstanding materials, and damaged materials
• Submit claims to shipping providers and assist customers with documentation for placing claims themselves
• Update shipment information to record student information for scoring, adding notes about damages or other issues
• General office duties
• Schedule tests and process results according to specified criteria for onsite testing center and remote online testing
• Inspect and restore test booklets to reusable condition
• Evaluate test administrator credentials
• Research testing situations to ensure compliance

• Strong computer skills
• Strong keyboarding skills; able to make clear, succinct notes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to sense the mood of the person on the other end of the communication and adapt approach as needed
• Flexible/prone to remain calm under pressure; able to make wise spontaneous decisions
• Willing to work as a team player, doing whatever task is needed
• Supportive of homeschooling and testing
• Comfortable with learning new technology and good manual dexterity
• Occasionally bend, lift, reach above shoulder, squat or kneel, stand, and walk
• Microsoft Office
