An established construction company in Greenville, SC is seeking an Project Coordinator to provide support to the project management team and field personnel. Permanent, full-time opportunity that is 100% onsite in Downtown Greenville. Responsibilities: - Support bid department with obtaining subcontractor bids for evaluation by our project managers - Coordinate pre-start activities for projects - Execute job startup tasks - Prepare job notebook for field manager - Provide updates during job progress - Process client & subcontractor change orders - Track down various paperwork from field manager - Project closeout for client Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 1-2 years of professional administrative experience - Industry familiarity a plus - Highly responsive with sharp attention to detail - Technical aptitude to learn platforms such as Sage 300, Smartbid, Bluebook, etc. - MS Office Benefits and Compensation: - $55,000 - $60,000 - Vacation & holiday schedule - Employer sponsored health insurance - Contributing retirement
