Summary
The Data Science Manager is a strategic leader responsible for building and leading a high-performing data science team. By partnering closely with campus leadership, this role drives data-driven decision-making and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen to develop and execute a data strategy aligned with organizational goals. The Data Science Manager will oversee the development and deployment of advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical models to extract actionable insights. This role requires exceptional communication skills to translate complex findings into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

Minimum Qualifications
· Master's degree in computer science, business analytics, mathematics, or equivalent
· 1 year of experience, including:
• experience in higher education Institutional Research
• delivering projects using data science methodologie s
• experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Experience with SQL or other data query languages
• Demonstrated proficiency with statistical analysis tools such as Python or R
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite of tools
