Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT or MT-Certified) Greenville, SC | Full-Time
At Piedmont Reproductive Endocrinology Group (PREG) , the largest network of fertility centers in the Carolinas, helping families grow isn't just what we do-it's who we are.
We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our compassionate and collaborative Fertility Team at our Greenville location . This position plays a critical role in supporting our patients' journeys and maintaining the high-quality standards that define our care.
Schedule
• Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM
• Rotational weekends and holidays are required
Who You Are
You're an experienced, certified lab professional who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about patient-centered care. You're someone who:
• Is friendly, outgoing, and compassionate
• Has strong phlebotomy and specimen processing skills
• Is detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
• Enjoys engaging with patients and being part of their care journey
Key Responsibilities
• Perform endocrine testing (Tosoh analyzer) and andrology testing
• Enter lab orders accurately per physician's instructions
• Communicate results to physicians, nurses, and patients
• Maintain QA/QC protocols for lab equipment
What You Bring
Required:
• Certification as an MLT or MA from a nationally recognized agency (e.g., ASCP, ABB)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in phlebotomy and general lab procedures
• English fluency and Spanish is a plus
Preferred:
• Prior experience in a medical lab or fertility setting
• Comfort with electronic medical systems and lab software
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
