Duties & Responsibilities
• Uphold and abide by the employment policies of the restaurant.
• Successfully complete the Management Training Program by franchise.
• Conduct interviews for all restaurant personnel when appropriate.
• Refer qualified applicants to the General Manager.
• Know and follow State and Federal EEOC laws.
• Know and ensure that proper Health Department standards are followed.
• Follow up on any Quality Control unsatisfactory rating that pertains to the floor.
• Evaluate front of the house employees in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct Orientation for all new employees when needed.
• Ensure that a First Report of Injury form is completed when an employee is injured.
• Create and uphold a positive work environment.
• Solve day-to-day operation problems using appropriate problem-solving skills.
• Set professional weekly goals and meet deadlines.
• Delegate responsibilities appropriately.
• Assist with monthly inventory.
• Ensure that all floor schedules are completed and posted.
• Post appropriate manual pages in the restaurant work area.
• Ensure that all supplies are properly received, stored, and rotated.
• Lifting 25+ lbs putting away products/liquor
• Ensure all staff is in proper uniform.
