Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a BCBA at Hidden Talents ABA. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, providing parent training, and collaborating with other professionals to support the child's development and progress.
Qualifications
• Experience in developing behavior intervention plans and conducting assessments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in ABA therapy
• Ability to provide parent training and support
• BCBA certification
• Part-time availability with flexibility in scheduling
• Experience working with children with ASD is a plus
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
