Job Details Job Title: Sr. Agile Master
Start/End Dates: Long Term
Tax Work Location: 50% Onsite, 50% WFH Greenville, SC
W2 ONLY Day to day : Looking for someone to mature the departments Agile working model processes and engage with the Agile Masters in the region. Ideally looking for an Agile coach but will not disqualify someone if they are not one. Need someone with business analyst fundamentals. Must possess strong presentation and steering skills. Must be comfortable leading a larger group of Agile Masters in trainings and process management. This role will work to advocate for Agile Masters across the region to the central team in German.
Ideally would like to find someone who is Agile Master with experience in governance and IT compliance topics. Then this position could do cross training within the governance team as well. They will create communication materials and help facilitate workshops and training sessions.
Preferred experience : Agile Coach (won t disqualify someone from process if they aren t coach)
Must have: Atlassian suite (Use of Confluence and Jira)
Work from home: 50% onsite, 50% work from home
Travel : 10% (could potentially go to Germany)
