Piping Estimator We are a well-established, $25M company with 50 employees, specializing in licensed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing contracting. Our services include service, controls, planned maintenance, installation, and equipment replacement. We work on projects ranging from $1M to $5M and are seeking a Piping & Mechanical Estimator to provide accurate and competitive job estimates for our growing team. Responsibilities: - Develop detailed job estimates for Project Managers. - Price revisions and changes as needed. - Collaborate with PMs and APMs on project proposals to ensure accurate cost assessments. Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in Mechanical Piping. - 8+ years of experience as an Estimator. - 8+ years in the Industrial/Construction industry.
