Patient Services Representative – Urgent Care –AugustaJob Summary:The Patient Services Representative will serve as the main point of contact for all patients and the community. This position will receive and process patient referrals, patient registration, verify demographics, obtain insurance cards and identification, and update medical records accurately and efficiently. In addition, the Patient Services Representative's responsibilities include scheduling appointments, transcribing orders, explaining financial options to patients, and updating medical records accurately and efficiently.
