Overview
Dental Care Alliance is currently seeking a Remote Scheduling Optimization Specialist. This person is r esponsible for working closely with the Senior Director and Manager of the Scheduling Optimization Department to help execute on large scale projects assigned to the team. You will be responsible for handling incoming tickets within the Fresh Service dashboard collaborating with operating teams to develop schedule templates to improve patient experience, increase office efficiency and optimize provider productivity and patient care.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate proactive communication to ensure field teams are following SOP’s.
• Manage the Fresh Service dashboard closely ensuring tickets are being completed within a timely manner.
• Continuously look to identify improvement opportunities with in the ticket system.
• Handle all incoming tickets within the fresh service department.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Identify and address deviations from the project scope promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams essential for project success
• Participate in regular project meeting to review timeline and address concerns.
Qualifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Planet DDS Denticon is a plus
• Ability to identify scheduling challenges, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions
• Dental Knowledge is a plus
• Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines
• Basic Excel skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
