Group Benefits Plan Administrator position open for company in the Greenville, SC area. In this role you will research, design, and administer a corporate benefits program. This role is a strategy position and  “behind the scenes,” reporting to administration. You would also responsible for processing multi-state payroll for exempt employees. You will use your expert knowledge of HR systems (ADP preferred) to improve processes and enhance system functionality. This is a great opportunity for an HR or consulting professional to get into more of an analytical role, reporting to operations/finance.

Requirements:
• Dealing and negotiation with third-party vendors such as insurance providers (TPA)
• Experience with compensation analysis
• Ability to design competitive benefit programs
• Strong with HRIS systems and process improvement.
• Prior experience processing payroll is required
