Description:
Must possess an active RN license.
Must have active AHA ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
Orientation will be provided for 16 hours.
The goal is to keep staff in their assigned unit; however, staff may be required to float to other units and campuses as needed.
Floating will only occur in areas where competencies have been demonstrated and documented.
All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission.
Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC, is required.
Modules are to be completed prior to the start date and are billable, up to 16 hours.
Modules are documented and tracked by the employer.
Travelers must have documented experience as per the requirements listed.
