• A minimum of two years related experience required
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
About The Opportunity
• Staff Supervision and Productivity: Monitors and manages daily staff productivity and workflow, making necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency. Handles escalated situations professionally and resolves problem accounts with thorough reviews and clear communication.
• Project and Training Oversight: Oversees special projects to ensure timely completion and assists with departmental training. Attends educational sessions and department meetings to stay informed and contribute to team development.
• Compliance and Additional Duties: Adheres to all policies and procedures and performs additional duties as assigned or requested, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
This is a full time, remote position in the SSC - Sarasota.
