Mechanical (HVAC) Tradesman - Commercial Construction
Place Services Inc. (PSI), a General Contractor headquartered in Canton, GA, is looking for Commercial Mechanical / HVAC Tradesman in Greenville, SC to join our Mechanical Division . PSI offers a competitive $25+ / hr for our Mechanical / HVAC Tradesman (depends on experience).
As a Mechanical / HVAC Tradesman, you will execute the blueprints as detailed by the client and Foreman.
Responsibilities:
• Install and repair Mechanical / HVAC equipment to client specifications
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Understand project scope of work, plan submittals, and equipment requirements.
Qualifications:
• 2-4+ years of commercial / industrial mechanical experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the practices, methods, materials, tools, and equipment of the Mechanical / HVAC trade.
• Ability to analyze defects in mechanical equipment and to determine necessary repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and to lay out work from prints, rough plans, sketches, drawings, and broken parts.
