We're seeking a motivated, results-driven General Manager to lead our Greenville location and take our team to the next level!
Job Summary:
As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind studio performance, team leadership, and an exceptional member experience. You’ll take ownership of studio operations, boost membership sales, and foster a positive, energetic fitness community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily studio operations to ensure top-notch service and a smooth member experience
• Hire, train, lead, and manage a high-performing team
• Drive membership sales and lead generation to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Plan and execute local B2B events to increase community visibility
• Manage inventory, supplies, and studio cleanliness standards
• Run and analyze POS system reports to maintain financial accuracy
• Handle scheduling, staff management, and workflow optimization
• Create a welcoming, team-first environment for both staff and members
• Respond to member feedback with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain an active role in social media engagement and local marketing
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role (fitness, retail, or service industry preferred)
• Proven track record in sales, team leadership, and customer service
• Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling, and inventory control
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a drive to meet performance goals
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Passionate about health and wellness, with a consistent fitness routine
